The Base store Gökceada life

In our Base store you can find different parts of your gear. If you need a harness line or a new rope you will find it and take from the shop. We provide tape for repair sails, kites, adhesive for Wetsuits and repair kit for boards. In extreme situations but if you break a mast or boom we can deliver the consignment to the spot. We have a small workshop for repairing boards and sails. Working 24 hours, seven days a week throughout the season. You are wellcome!

The base GOKCEADA LIFE created with the assistance of SUNNY EXTREME Sofia, is located on the Turkish island Gokceada (Imroz) in the northeast Aegean Sea. You can travel to the island with regular ferry from Port Kabatepe, situated in the the southern end of the Dardanelles, for around one hour. You will find us in the camping PUSULA located at west coast of AYDINCIK Beach. In camping you can discern by highly raised flag of LOFT SAILS. In our store you will be able to select appropriate equipment or spare parts and accessories for your favorite sport and in our service make minor repairs to your gear. The spot in Turkish island Gokceada is well known among surfers and kiters with constantly wind and sandy beach. During the summer season at temperatures between 25 to 30 degrees Celsius, dominated Meltem northeast wind at speeds above 7 to 14 meters per second. Under normal weather conditions can be surfing from 7 am to 14-15 pm. Wind is denser and not too gusty, and its direction to the beach is Off-shore. The spot is known nicknamed Flooring or Diffuser due to lack of waves and local gain of the wind.

In camping Pusula can residing with campers, caravans and tents. Campsite is situated next to the beach on picturesque terrace above the sea. At the camping you can use free beach chairs, sunshades, showers and bathrooms. Our restaurant serves Turkish and Balkan specialties, delicious soups, dishes and is always freshly caught sea fish. The management of the campsite can booked for you rooms and apartments in local hotels or in the nearest to the beach village Eshelek.
